OUR YOUTH
WORKSHOPS
Experience boxing while having fun !
Looking for an activity full of energy, play, and smiles?
Our youth workshops offer a playful, safe boxing experience designed for children and teens!
We work with recreation organizations, day camps and summer camps, schools and
educational settings, after-school programs, community organizations, and on one-off or custom
projects you'd like to dream up.
Through games of balance, coordination, reflexes, and targets, everyone can experience boxing
without any violence — in a positive, supervised, and stimulating atmosphere.
Our workshops are open to children from age 4.

For the little ones (ages 4 to 7)
Designed for children aged 4 to 7, these workshops put play, fun, and discovering movement
first. No fighting and no performance here: boxing becomes a way to explore, express oneself,
and build confidence!
Through games of coordination, reflexes, speed, and targets, children develop new physical
skills. In pairs, they discover tag-style games : they dodge, move around, and protect
themselves!
As a team, we also invite them to invent their own games and mini-workshops, then share them
with the rest of the group — sparking creativity, expression, and a spirit of collaboration.

For the older kids (ages 8 to 12)
For children aged 8 to 12, the workshops draw on the world of a boxer's training, set to a fun
"boxing" soundtrack!
We play with the skipping rope to build footwork agility, explore coordination, and gradually
introduce precision through target games.
In pairs, children discover tag-style games : they dodge, move around, protect themselves… and
invent their own strategies to tag their partner without getting tagged — boxing's "golden rule."
Through play, they also learn to manage their energy and stress when facing a partner.
Children also discover role-play : they can become the "coach," cheer each other on, offer
advice, and build positive communication.

For teens aged 13 and up
We invite young people to explore different rhythms and intensities of effort.
Through games inspired by a boxer's training (targets, footwork, dodging, mobility), Mourad
helps teens learn to manage their energy, regulate their stress, feel more at ease in their
bodies, and build a healthier relationship with effort.
In pairs, they learn to work together on themed technical drills, while making sure to respect one another, communicate, and cooperate to improve.
Working in pairs plays an important role. Participants can grow more independent and
experience controlled opposition to develop their own strategies — especially tagging their
partner without getting tagged. Mourad helps young people build their self-confidence and
develop a new sense of inner security.
